Thursday, June 12th, 2008The best float was awarded the “Roudenbowl” to the Robinson and Crisafulli school float this year at the conclusion of the 2008 Apple Blossom Parade. Vice Principal of the Robinson and Crisafulli schools, Sharon Kennelly, said the float centered on the Robifulli trail. The leaves on the trees on the float were made out of handprints of the kids from the Crisafulli school and the path was made out of the footprints of kids from the Robinson school. The Robifulli Trail was created by two local Boy Scout Troops. Justin Gray, an Eagle Scout, headed the construction of the trail connecting the two schools. Michael Blanchette, another Eagle Scout, constructed the Outdoor Classroom.
